With over 20 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, Alison Rose Hughes brings exceptional clinical expertise, compassion, and dedication to every aspect of her practice.
Her diverse career spans community nursing, chronic disease management, complex care, hospital acute care, and vaccination services, offering clients and their families comprehensive and trusted support.
Alison specialises in complex wound care, catheterisation, continence management, palliative care, and end-of-life support, delivering skilled and sensitive care during life’s most vulnerable moments.
Her approach combines technical excellence with genuine empathy, ensuring that both clients and their loved ones feel supported and respected.
Over the past three years, Alison has been deeply involved in Australia’s NDIS industry and the aged care sector, with a strong focus on mental health and psychosocial recovery.
